USA WAYDAMIN orders are offered optional Package Protection via Corso at checkout to keep your order safe in transit and protected against lost, stolen and mis-deliveried deliveries.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All international orders placed with WAYDAMIN are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) whenever possible. This means that taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout, so your order clears customs smoothly with no surprise costs upon delivery.

While we strive to include all import-related fees upfront, some regions may still apply additional handling or customs charges not reflected in the checkout total. These charges are set by local authorities or the carrier and are outside of our control.

If your order ships DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) for any reason, duties and taxes will be charged by your local customs office and must be paid before delivery.

We recommend that customers familiarize themselves with their country’s import tax and duty regulations before placing an order. WAYDAMIN is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees assessed by local postal or customs offices.

RETURN TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES

RTS Packages returned to us by the carrier marked as undeliverable or refused cannot be reshipped.

All returned packages will be inspected to ensure the items are in good condition. Items that are resalable will be restocked and customers will receive store credit for the value of the merchandise only. The original shipping fee, including any duties and taxes, will not be refunded and will be deducted from the store credit issued.

Customers will be notified when store credit has been issued, which can be applied toward future purchases on our website or used to replace the order after verifying the shipping address.

Items that are not resalable due to damage or missing parts cannot be restocked, and no credit will be issued for these items. Customers will be notified if this occurs.

RETURN POLICY

Garments must be unwashed + unworn in pristine condition with all tags/return strings attached. If the return string is removed and/or altered, the return request will be rejected.

All returns must be processed + inspected first for return approval. Once the return has been approved, your chosen return outcome will be processed within 1-3 days from the return package delivery date.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Return options: Store Credit or Even Exchanges. No refunds.

7 day return window from the delivery date • Returns for an even exchange will incur a $10 return fee.

If an exchange item becomes out of stock after submitting your exchange request, you will be notified and automatically refunded to the original payment method.
