REFUND POLICY
Store credit is WAYDAMIN's standard refund policy and method. Refunds to original payment method are only issued if the item is out of stock and no replacement is available.
- Waydamin reserves the right to decline refunds for any other reason.
- Unhappy purchases should be returned within 14 days for store credit to purchase a new item(s) or save for a later purchase.
- Exchanges are an exclusive perk reserved for our 'All Access' Rewards Members.
If an item is defective, you received a wrong item or your package was not received— please submit a support ticket here or email us immediately at support@waydamin.com for a resolution. A support member will look further into your issue and give a response within 48 hours.
